FUNDRAISER FOR JOHN NEUMANN

2/21/2009 -  John Neuman was a member of 43 Truck. John suffered from a heart attack in the summer of 2001 and was retired from the job. He always stayed active in the firehouse, played Santa every year for our kids and those staying in Metropolitan Hospital Pediatric ward. He also showed up after Sept. 11 and did more than was expected; he was just one of those guys that would help you out when you needed it. John passed away last November from another heart attack. He is survived by his wife Nancy, daughter Danielle and son John. After his first heart attack John could not get life insurance, and now it’s time we help him out. John’s friends from Gerristen beach set up a benefit for him:

  Saturday March 27, 2010 2pm at the

Cort Club

2648 Gerristen Ave.

Brooklyn, NY 11229

53/43 is selling T-shirts for $20 in order to raise some funds for this event.

Please place orders by March 20. Any questions call 53/43 @ 212-570-4253
